To help us help you
- A mistake in a book, question or worksheet: which page or topic (the address in the browser is perfect), and what looks wrong.
- Something not working: the device (for example, iPad Air, iPhone 13, Windows laptop) and the browser (Safari, Chrome). A screenshot helps a lot.
- An idea: what your child would like to practise, and their school year.
Please don’t send your child’s full name, school or photos. We don’t need them to help.
